ARTICLE XII. Amendments

SECTION 1.

These By-laws may be amended at the annual conference of the Association by a two-thirds vote of the voting members present and voting.

SECTION 2.

Proposed amendments must be sent to each member institution 30 days prior to the annual meeting in order to be eligible for adoption.

SECTION 3.

Amendements may also be passed by mail ballot, a two-thirds affirmative vote of at least twenty-five members returing the mail ballot within thirty days.
