ARTICLE VI. Meetings of the Association

SECTION 1. Meetings

Meetings shall be held annually. Additional meetings may be called by the Executive Council.

SECTION 2. Voting

The voting members registered for tha nnual meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Decisions shall be made by majority vote of voting members present and voting.

SECTION 3. Agenda

The agenda for meetings shall be determined by the President and the Secretary.
